Make Your Medicine is a collaborative project that seeks to explore our difficult experiences and feelings, the relationship between our mind and our bodies, and the dynamics between individual people. Adam offers single and group workshops in Qigong exercise, and mindfulness meditation.

Adam Ortiz is a creative director and community activist. He is the father of Ciro Ortiz, known as the EmotionalAdviceKid. He is currently working through an MSW program at University of Buffalo.
In 2017 Adam was invited to the New York Hall of Science for a TedXTalk on the subject of connection and co-parenting, and works advocating the values of conscious awareness and explorative spirituality.
He is employed currently with Ellenhorn psychiatric recovery program.
