Make Your Medicine is a collaborative project that seeks to explore our feelings (even the challenging ones) and help develop our ability to be mindful and compassionate. Adam has held workshops on emotional intelligence, spoken at community events about self-reflection and mindfulness, and taken on private clients who seek support.
